Claire could not find the cause of death for Mr. and MRs. Bailey after the autopsy. She did not see any drugs in the bloodstream, even though "Pet Girl" poisoned them the night before.
"The autopsies were completely negative" (104)
Since Claire couldn't find anything, did "Pet Girl" actually inject poison into them? If so, how come the results were negative? Does Claire have an idea of what happened? What will happen with the next set of autopsy results?
